- 1 (16 ounce) can pumpkin
- 1 2⁄3 cups sugar
- 2⁄3 cup vegetable oil
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 4 large eggs
- 3 cups flour
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1⁄2 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1⁄2 teaspoon baking powder
directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F
- Mix all ingredients together.
- Pour into 2 bread pans sprayed with non-stick spray or lined muffin tins.
- Bake loaves about 1 hour, muffins about 45 minutes. Check frequently after half hour and add or lessen time as needed.
