  1. Beat together eggs,Sugar,Vanilla,oil & pumpkin.
  2. Add dry ingredients and mix well.
  3. Fold in raisins and nuts.
  4. Bake in a lightly oiled 9x12 pan
  5. @ 350 25-30 Minutes or until a tooth pick inserted into center comes out clean.
  6. Let cool before Frosting.
  7. Frosting: beat together: cream cheese, soft butter, vanilla.
  8. add powdered sugar, if too stiff add a little milk.
