  • Preheat oven to 350.
  • Beat eggs, oil and sugars, then pumpkin and vanilla.
  • Sift flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and cinnamon. Add to pumpkin. Mix and stir well. Add oats, chocolate chips and nuts.
  • Drop by tablespoons onto parchment lined pans. Bake at 350 for 15 minutes.
  • Cool on sheets and then transfer to rack.

  1. Wonderful! Don't let the weird calorie count put you off - I inputted the recipe to WW plan manager and they end up 3 points per cookie - not horrible if you want a sweet treat at all!
