Directions

  1. Combine canned pumpkin, white sugar, vegetable oil and egg.
  2. Stir in flour, baking powder, ground cinnamon, salt, milk and baking soda.
  3. Add vanilla.
  4. Stir in chocolate chips and walnut (or other favorite nut).
  5. Drop by spoonfuls (I use a small cookie scoop) onto greased cookie sheet. (Spray cookie sheet between batches.).
  6. Bake at 375 for 10-12 minutes or until lightly brown and firm.
