Directions

  1. Make a pumpkin purée, add the honey and the fresh grinned ginger.
  2. Beat the heavy cream to a thick cream and add it to the pumpkin purée. Whisk gently.
  3. Put the cream into the serving cups.
  4. Whisk the coconut cream / milk and add it on the top of the pumpkin cream.
  5. Serve well cooled.
