Pumpkin Cookies

"These are a staple at my house around Halloween, Thanksgiving and Christmas. I don't think it would feel like the holidays without them. I sometimes make cream cheese frosting to serve on the side or add 1 cup raisins and/or 1 cup chopped pecans depending on my mood. They are great plain though and not too sweet."

  • Combine all dry ingredients.
  • Mix all wet ingredients in a large bowl and gradually add the dry ingredients.
  • Drop by the spoonful onto an ungreased baking sheet (can be put close together as they don't spread much).
  • Bake at 350 degrees farenheit for 15 minutes.
