Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375.
  2. Sift flour together with soda, salt and spices and set aside.
  3. Cream butter with sugar until light - add vanilla and pumpkin and mix well.
  4. Slowly add dry ingredients and then stir in walnuts.
  5. Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls 2" apart on a greased baking sheet and bake 15 minutes until lightly browned.
  6. Transfer to wire racks to cool.
