  1. In a large bowl combine sugar, vegetable oil, pumpkin and eggs. Beat for 1 minute. Add baking mix, cinnamon and raisins. Spread in greased, 15x10x1 inch jelly roll pan. Bake at 350, for 25 minutes.
  2. Frosting: Beat cream cheese, butter and vanilla until fluffy. Gradually add confectioners sugar. Spread over cooled bars.
