  1. The consistency is the same as runny pancake batter. I added around an extra cup and a half of flour, and it still wasn't good for gobs. I wound up making a pumpkin roll instead. Very disappointed in that. But... the taste was okay.

  2. I found that this recipe needed an extra 1/2 cup of flour to get the consistency I wanted...The filling is superb! Waaaayy toooo goood!

  3. This recipe sounded so good I couldn't wait to make it, but it just didn't turn out well. They were delicious the day I made them, but after refridgerating overnight they became awfully sticky and the cake lost all flavor and tasted like flour. I let them completely cool before filling, but they were way too moist to keep overnight. We all lvoed the filling, though, I will definitely keep the recipe on hand to use as icing or filling again.

  4. Before I made these my sister said, "don't make pumpkin gobs, I had them at a bake sale and they are disgusting." When she tasted these ones she said "these are reaaaaally good!" They were simple to make too. I'll definitely make these a staple in my fall baking itinerary.

  5. Y-U-M!! LOVED the name, and thought I'd try them. Very good, and didn't last but one day! I will use this one again. THANKS!
