- 3 eggs
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 cup sugar
- 1⁄2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2⁄3 cup pumpkin
- 3⁄4 cup flour
- 1 tablespoon powdered sugar

CREAM CHEESE FILLING
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1⁄2 teaspoon vanilla
directions
- Grease 10x15 jellyroll pan, line with wax paper. Preheat oven to 375°F Mix egg, sugar, cinnamon and pumpkin together. Then add in flour and baking soda.
- Pour onto baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes. Remove from oven, turn onto clean kitchen towel sprinkled with powdered sugar, pull off wax paper, re-roll mixture and cool.
- Unroll, fill with cream cheese mixture. Re-roll and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
- Refrigerate. Serve cold.

<br>I guess the dish that I am famous for is my Christmas ham - my family all comes home for Christmas, and if i don't have my ham they are dissapointed, and my grandson wants the pistachio squares!!! so I guess that is the dishes that I'm famous for.
