  • Grease 10x15 jellyroll pan, line with wax paper. Preheat oven to 375°F Mix egg, sugar, cinnamon and pumpkin together. Then add in flour and baking soda.
  • Pour onto baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes. Remove from oven, turn onto clean kitchen towel sprinkled with powdered sugar, pull off wax paper, re-roll mixture and cool.
  • Unroll, fill with cream cheese mixture. Re-roll and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
  • Refrigerate. Serve cold.

Her sweets are fantastics, especially her pound cakes, Yummm <br> <br>I guess the dish that I am famous for is my Christmas ham - my family all comes home for Christmas, and if i don't have my ham they are dissapointed, and my grandson wants the pistachio squares!!! so I guess that is the dishes that I'm famous for.
