  1. In a large bowl or a stand mixer place the pumpkin, oil, sugar and mix well at low speed.
  2. Add the remaining ingredients and mix well.
  3. Pour into loaf pans.
  4. Use different size loaf pans of your choice. Great gift for the fall or winter.
  5. Bake 350°F until center is set about 1 hour or so.
  6. The bread does not rise very much. So fill pans accordingly.
