Directions

  1. Combine first 8 ingredients in a large bowl; make a well in the center. Combine remaining ingredients; whisk well.
  2. Add to flour mixture; stir until just moistened. Pour batter into a greased 8"x4" loaf pan.
  3. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour 10 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool in pan 10 minutes on wire rack; remove from pan and cool completely on wire rack.
