Pumpkin Pancakes

"This is a quick go to recipe for a great pancake. My family prefers these pancakes to original. They are great in the fall or all year round. I serve with scrambled eggs and bacon."

  • Preheat griddle to 350 degrees.
  • Put the bisquick in a mixing bowl.
  • Wisk milk, egg, extracts, cinnamon, and puree together in a seperate bowl.
  • Pour liquid mixture over bisquick and stir until well mixed.
  • Pour 1/4 cup of batter onto ungreased, preheated griddle.
  • When batter begins to bubble up it is time to turn.
  • Turn the pancakes and let cook for 1-2 more minutes until done.
  • Serve with warm maple syrup.
