Pumpkin Pancakes

"OMG ....if you like pumpkin pie you'll love these pancakes, a seasonal fav of mine now, serve with some real maple syrup and wow, I bet you make them again."

  • In large bowl combine pancake mix, sugar, and pumpkin spice. In another bowl mix milk, pumpkin, egg, vanilla, and oil. Add pumpkin mixture to the dry ingredients and stir well to combine. Heat your lightly oiled griddle or frying pan on medium heat, pour about 1/4 cup amounts for each pancake, more if you want big one's. Cook until bubbles start to form in pancake and sides start to brown, then flip till lightly browned, serve with pure maple syrup and mmmhhh enjoy !

  1. Very yummy pancakes! The batter was just a little too thick for my liking. Next time I'll probably add a little bit more milk. Other than that... Great recipe. Thanks for sharing!
