- 1 (29 ounce) can pumpkin
- 5 1⁄2 tablespoons flour (heaping)
- 2 cups sugar
- 1⁄8 teaspoon salt
- 5 teaspoons cinnamon
- 2 1⁄2 teaspoons allspice
- 2 1⁄2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
- 2 cups evaporated milk
- 2 cups water
directions
- Mix pumpkin with dry ingredients.
- Mix 2 cups evaporated milk and 2 cups water. Add milk and water to dry ingredients and mix well.
- Bake 425 for 15 minutes.
- Reduce temperature to 375 for 30-40 minutes.
