CRUST
- 1 (18 ounce) box yellow cake mix, save 1 cup for topping (2-layer)
- 1⁄2 cup butter or 1/2 cup margarine, softened
- 1 egg

FILLING
- 1 (16 ounce) can pumpkin
- 3 eggs
- 2⁄3 cup evaporated milk
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1 cup sugar

TOPPING
- 1 cup reserved cake mix
- 1⁄2 cup sugar
- 1⁄4 cup butter or 1/4 cup margarine, softened
- 1 cup pecans
directions
- Mix together cake mix (except 1 cup), 1/2 cup butter or margarine, softened, and 1 egg and press into 9x13-inch pan.
- Mix filling: 1 can (16oz) pumpkin, 3 eggs, 2/3 cup evaporated milk, 2 teaspoons cinnamon, 1 cup sugar. Mix filling and pour over crust.
- TOPPING:.
- Mix 1 cup reserved cake mix, 1/2 cup sugar, 1/4 cup butter. Mixture will be crumbly. Sprinkle over filling. Put on pecans.
- Bake at 350F for 1 hour and 15 minutes.

<br>I guess the dish that I am famous for is my Christmas ham - my family all comes home for Christmas, and if i don't have my ham they are dissapointed, and my grandson wants the pistachio squares!!! so I guess that is the dishes that I'm famous for.
