- 1 (250 g) package cream cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 cups pumpkin puree
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 1⁄2 tablespoons pumpkin pie spice
- candied ginger (for garnish)
directions
- In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, sour cream and brown sugar until smooth.
- Beat in the pumpkin purée and pumpkin pie spice.
- Place in a serving dish and allow to cool in refrigerator.
- Garnish with grated or chopped candied ginger over the dip.
- Serve with graham wafers, social tea cookies, or vanilla wafers.
- TIPS: For a homemade pumpkin purée, cook your own pumpkin, strain any excess liquid before using. Purée is also available in the canned fruit section of most grocery stores.

<br>I guess the dish that I am famous for is my Christmas ham - my family all comes home for Christmas, and if i don't have my ham they are dissapointed, and my grandson wants the pistachio squares!!! so I guess that is the dishes that I'm famous for.
