  1. This is an outstanding recipe and one that can be whipped up in a flash for company or for a casual winter supper.

  2. This is really really good! Used sugar-free, fat-free butterscotch pudding, which I made according to the box. I mixed the spices, soda, and pumpkin, then I added the pudding. I'm kind of curious about what the soda does for this recipe. I suppose it has something to do with neutralizing acidity. Anyway, it was delicious, so I wouldn't want to leave anything out!

  3. This is a great recipe! I'm a big fan of all things pumpkin, but this is my new favorite, beating even pie! Had to use two small boxes of pudding, pumpkin pie spice, and a full 15oz can of pumpkin, just due to ingredients on hand.

  4. This is an excellent pumpkin pudding. I didn't realize that the recipe called for a large box of butterscotch pudding when I visited the store, but thankfully picked up 2 of the smaller boxes. It worked perfectly. This is a great fall dessert, and I think it would even be good prepared with low/non-fat items.
