Directions

  1. Cream butter and sugar.
  2. Beat in eggs.
  3. Whisk together--pumpkin, orange rind and juice.
  4. Measure dry ingredients.
  5. Mix together.
  6. Spoon batter in a 8 x 8 pan.
  7. Bake at 350 for 50 minutes.
  8. Let stand 5 minutes then apply topping. Brush butter over top of cake and sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar.
