  1. Beat eggs, add sugar, pumpkin and rest of ingredients in order. Grease/flour 15x10x1 cookie sheet. Spread mixture on sheet. Top with nuts and bake at 375F for 17 minutes.
  2. Turn on a towel sprinkled with powdered sugar. Roll in towel and cool.
  3. Unroll after cooling and spread with filling. Should look like a pinwheel.
