  • Combine ingredient,fold in flour,baking powder,and nuts last.
  • Put in a greased and floured 18x10 jelly roll pan.
  • Bake 375* for 15-20 minutes.
  • Flop out on a dish towel,sprinkle with powdered sugar, roll up and let cool.
  • Filling: Mix until smooth.
  • Unroll cake and spread with filling.
  • reroll and chill.
  • Slice to serve.
  • freezes well.
