  1. In a large bowl, combine sugar, oil, & eggs.
  2. Add pumpkin & mix well.
  3. Combine dry ingredients; add to the pumpkin mixture alternately with water.
  4. Pour into two greased 9-in x 5-in x 3-in loaf pans.
  5. Bake @ 350 degrees for 60 to 65 minutes or until bread tests done.
  6. Cool in pans 10 mins before removing to a wire rack. Cool completely.
