  1. Measure dry ingredients, except brown sugar, in bowl.
  2. In another bowl cream brown sugar and butter.
  3. Beat in oil, pumpkin and dry mixture.
  4. Beat in egg yolks.
  5. In separate bowl beat egg whites till stiff.
  6. Fold egg white into batter.
  7. Grease and flour bundt cake pan.
  8. Pour batter into pan. bake at 350 for about 35min or till knife inserted half way to center comes out clean.
  9. Turn onto heatproof plate.
  10. Serve with Cool Whip if desired.
