  1. Preheat oven to 325.line baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl combine, oats, and spices.
  3. In a medium size bowl, whisk brown sugar,pumpkin,applesauce, egg white and vanilla until smooth.
  4. Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients, spread in a single layer in prepared pan.
  5. Bake for 20minutes, turn granola over with a spatula,return to oven, bake another 15 minute Or until golden and crisp.
  6. Let cool, stir in cranberries and pepitas,brake up in small clumps.
  7. Store in an airtight container.
