1. Wonderful tasting waffles! I love the fall spices used in these. Will make again soon. Thanks! [Made for Bargain Basement Tag]

 2. I loved the waffles. I debated whether to give this 4 or 5 stars because it wasn't sweet. I thought about it though and realized most waffles aren't sweet. We put on some syrup and it was great. (Could have been better if the syrup didn't taste like Robitussin, but that's not your fault.) We made this with one less egg and it STILL came out fluffy and good. I think it's versatility is a definite plus. Next time when I have 4 eggs in the house, I'll try it again. We also liked it didn't need a mixer.

I love cooking for my family, but I don't exactly find it relaxing. I do it for the end result...something good to eat! I'm always trying out new recipes, which is why I love this website. It saves me a lot of time trying to figure out if a recipe is going to be worth making or not. My kids are 10, 8 and 6 years old, and are just starting to appreciate good food. I try to involve them in the kitchen as much as I can. My 6 year old loves to cook with me and is actually very good at helping. My 10 year old makes breakfast (toast) for his sisters in the morning when I'm too tired to move. And my 8 year old is always willing to stir anything that needs stirring. For some reason, (despite the fact that there are a million recipes I want to try) I have a really hard time trying to figure out what to make for dinner, even though my husband would be happy eating pizza every night!
