  1. Parent and Child: Wash hands.
  2. Child: Place pumpkin, cream cheese and yogurt in a blender.
  3. Child: Add milk, brown sugar, vanilla, cinnamon and nutmeg.
  4. Parent and Child: Blend until smooth.
  5. Parent: Pour into glasses.
  6. Child: Top each serving with a teaspoon of graham cracker crumbs, if desired.
