I have made this recipe many times. It is a very pretty and delicious Cole slaw. I doubled this recipe, except I used 3 apples instead of 2 since they were on the small side. Also, instead of shredding the cabbage, I chopped it in the food processor for a different texture. This particular Cole slaw goes excellent with BBQ pork, or any pork dish. Thanks for posting this recipe! :)

I live in the the Flint Hills of Kansas. One of the most beautiful spots in the world. I have heard the called God's Backyard and I think that is an apt discription.
I work from home doing computer support and training for a national marketing company. I travel some.
I really enjoy cooking. As we live so far from decent resturants and my DH has an 80 mile commute one way, we have decided to make the most of our meals at home! We save money by eating at home. And we have found that the food is better at home than in most eateries!
