“This meal is basically for the wine lovers. When you add wine to a meal the taste of the food changes so much, and it makes it taste even better. In this meal i use the Sangiovese red wine from Italy, makes the chicken darken a little to give it that redish, purple color. Gives it a great taste in the results. ''Buon Appetito'' to my italian eaters! Serve as side a nice peice of pepperidge farm garlic bread.”
