  • boil potatoes, carrots, celery, and eggs on stove top until potatoes are tender.
  • peel & cut carrots, celery, eggs and potatoes
  • in large mixing bowl add all ingredients, salt to taste, I prefer less salt & mayonaise.
  • serve while warm.
