Quentão - Brazilian Mulled Wine

  1. Very nice mulled wine recipe. This sure warmed me up yesterday evening! I used a Pinot Noir and substituted rum, as indicated, because I don't know what cachaca is. The sliced fruit made for a very nice presentation in the pan. I could see serving this at a party. It is probably evident to other people, but I did not put the cloves in a mesh tea ball/spice ball, and therefore ended up with many of them in my mouth as a result. I've learned from the experience and will use one next time for the cloves. I'll definitely be making this again. Thank you for posting.
