Ingredients Nutrition

  • 1 -4 large flour tortilla
  • 6 -12 ounces cheese (any kind shredded)
  • 6 -12 ounces vegetables (omit if desired)
  • 6 -12 ounces meat (Well seasoned and cooked, best case scenario left over BBQ meat, omit if desired)

Directions

  1. Prepare the Charcoal Grill.
  2. Place 1 to 4 tortillas on a clean surface and oil them well from front to back with vegetable oil or non stick cooking spray.
  3. Layer meat, veggies and cheese on one half of the tortilla side and fold the other half of the tortilla over to cover.
  4. Grill on an indirect charcoal grill until golden crispy brown on both sides.
  5. Remove and Let Cool.
  6. Enjoy with hot sauce or sour cream or all on its own.
