  • Start by mixing the flour with a little of the half & half until you get the lumps out.
  • Add the rest of the half & half, 3 eggs, 1 egg yolk, salt & pepper to the bowl & mix with a whisk.
  • Place the bacon pieces, chives & cheese in the pie shell & then pour the egg mixture on top.
  • Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
  • Bake for 5 minutes.
  • Then lower oven temperature to 350 degrees & bake for 20 minutes.
