  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  • Oil or butter a pie pan and add the chopped veggies/meat/cheese to the bottom of the pan.
  • Combine eggs, milk, salt and pepper; gently pour this egg mixture over veggies, meat and cheese.
  • Cook for 30 minutes or until set and lightly browned on top.
