- 5 eggs
- 2⁄3 cup milk
- sea salt and fresh cracked black pepper
- 1⁄2 cup vegetables, chopped
- 1⁄4 cup meat, chopped
- 1⁄4 cup cheese, grated
directions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Oil or butter a pie pan and add the chopped veggies/meat/cheese to the bottom of the pan.
- Combine eggs, milk, salt and pepper; gently pour this egg mixture over veggies, meat and cheese.
- Cook for 30 minutes or until set and lightly browned on top.
