"This is a simple basic Quiche from Vicki. The meat can be cooked the previous day to shorten the prep time. Ham or Bacon can be substituted for the Sausage."

  • Mix Eggs, Milk, Flour, Salt & Pepper in blender.
  • Add Onion & Swiss cheese & blend to chop.
  • Sprinkle Meat on uncooked Pie shell.
  • Pour Blended Mixture over Meat.
  • Bake 375 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
  • Let rest 15 minutes before cutting.

  1. Terrific, rich quiche. What makes this recipe special is that the flavors are blended throughout instead of getting bites with chunks of onion or cheese. I used fat free evaporated milk and added a couple of large fresh mushrooms into the food processor vs. blender. For the meat used a combination of ham and bacon.
