Quick and Easy Chocolate Toffee Cookies

"This recipe is fast and easy! 4 ingredients... gotta love that! The cookies are between soft and crunchy. Both my kids loved them - a miracle! Great with a cold glass of milk. I think next time I'll add mini-chocolate chips to the mix!"

 1. Oh yummy! I swapped out the full amount of oil for fat-free vanilla yogurt and cannot imagine these tasting better...even with all that fat! For the last pan, I decided to add some chocolate chips, in addition to the toffee bits. These were the favorites from all taste testers here. So quick, so easy, so positively delicious! Thanks!

 2. I used devil's food cake mix and used half a bag of chocolate chips instead of toffee. It was great!!! Easy too!

 4. Oh yum yum yum?perfect?mmmm?mmmm?.can?t talk?.snarfing cookies?

Well, as you can guess, I really liked how these turned out:

I baked them so they?d be on the crispier side, and even tho the homemade toffee chips I used melted mostly away, they were EXACTLY what I was looking for. I don?t have a sweet tooth, but wow these were sooo good, can?t eat just one. Oy Oy!!!

I saw also that they seemed to be on the oily side, but after they cooled off, that effect seemed to disappear. Must make these again soooon...there isn't much left of the batch I just made!
