Directions

  1. Place asparagus, potatoes, thyme and garlic powder in food processor or blender (in batches if needed); process until smooth.
  2. Pour into medium saucepan, add broth.
  3. Bring to a boil.
  4. Stir in milk; heat through. (do not boil).
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste, if desired.
  6. Serve hot or cold.
  7. Thin with additional milk or water, if desired.
