- 2 tablespoons Grey Poupon mustard
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 cup red wine vinegar
- 1⁄2 cup water
- 1 tablespoon tarragon
- 1 tablespoon basil
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1 tablespoon black pepper
- 4 tablespoons honey
- 3 cups salad oil
