  • Grease a mug. Mix together all the ingredients with a fork.
  • Pour mixture into mug. Microwave for 90 seconds on high.
  • Cool for a few minutes. Pop out of mug gently and slice.
  • Toast the bread for more bread consistency. If the bread looks a little raw when the timer hits 90 seconds, microwave 30 seconds more.

  1. Oh my gosh, thank you for this wonderful little recipe! It turned out awesome! I really appreciate the flexibility to accommodate different tastes and pantries. I even tried a double batch cooked in a little casserole for 4 minutes. That gave bigger slices I could toast. YUM! I CAN have my Paleo and eat bread too!

  1. For a breakfast bread, I used cinnamon applesauce and added extra cinnamon and a bit of raw honey. DEELISH!
