Quick and Easy Pickle, Ham & Cream Cheese Roll-Ups

"I first tried this recipe when a cousin brought it with her to a family dinner. I now take it with me to potlucks and always get rave reviews. They are very tasty and simple to make. There will be no leftovers when you make them, they have a funny way of disappearing fast. This is one of my favorite recipes to make."

  1. This was so simple, and a total hit! I was looking for a simple appy to add to my bbq menu when I learned at the last minute I was having a few more guests. I chose this because I had everything on hand, and it it was so easy to put together. I didn't have enough hame for the whole recipe so I made some with roast beef as well. These were all gone at the end of the evening! I'll definitely keep this one in mind next time I need a simple appetizer that I know everyone will enjoy.

  3. Sometimes less is more, and that is the case with these. So simple, yet so good. I like to bring them to snack days at work so that if someone else brings something spicy, you can have a cool bite of something to put out the fire! I almost made myself sick on these when I was pregnant, they are so addicting!

I live about an hour west from St. Louis out in the country. I love it here it's so peaceful and serene. I tend to spend most of my free time reading, watching movies or tv. I like to watch Food Network shows too, mostly Pioneer Woman, Trisha Yearwood, Ina Garten, and many others. I love cooking for family and friends. I'm always asked to bring a dish to a potluck or dinner. My specialty is baking and making desserts. Recently, I've been looking for recipes for homemade remedies and soaps, and also homemade gifts in a jar to give as presents. I've never tried doing anything like that and I think it would be fun and interesting to do.?
