Quick and Healthy Raspberry Yogurt Treat

"I'm in LOVE with this little snack/dessert. It has 12 grams of protein and the only sugars are from the fruit. I love it's creamy lightly sweet and fruity flavor with just a tiny bit of pucker. It's great if you are watching your carbs, fat and your calories."

  • Just mix the yogurt, frozen raspberries and splenda together in a bowl and enjoy.
  • You can add 1/2 teaspoon of coco power to it. You can sub honey for the splenda if you like. You can even add blueberries or other frozen fruits.
  • The frozen fruit mixed with the extra creamy style of yogurt is what gives it such a delicious texture and flavor.
  • If you can't find greek style yogurt, just place the yogurt in cheese cloth over a strainer over night.

  1. This was really good! I couldn't find Greek yogurt so just used regular fat free vanilla yogurt and regular sugar, but i just used a sprinkling of sugar. I loved the tang of the raspberries...yummy!! Thanks for posting and congrats on your football pool win!

  3. This was so good! I used white chocolate raspberry yogurt instead of Greek yogurt with frozen raspberries, blackberries, and blueberries and didn't add any extra sugar to it. Simple and good!
