  1. Preheat oven to 350 degree F.Lightly grease two loaf pans and set aside.
  2. Beat the eggs with the sugar,oil, yogurt and lemon juice until well blended.
  3. Mash the bananas and add to the mixture.
  4. In a separate bowl sift the flour, salt, baking powder,baking soda and cinnamon .Gradually add to the wet ingredients and beat with the electric mixer until incorporated.Do not over beat.
  5. Place in preheated oven and check after 40 min if done.If not ready ,reduce oven temperature to 300 degrees and bake until done.
