Ingredients Nutrition

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 2 cups rice
  • 1 (2 1/2 ounce) package onion soup mix
  • 4 cups water
  • 1 (15 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup

Directions

  1. Brown the ground meat and drain, if necessary.
  2. Add soup mix, rice, cream of mushroom soup and water.
  3. Bring to a boil.
  4. Cover and simmer for 20 minutes, until the rice is tender.
