Directions

  1. Combine cream cheese, 1/2 cup sugar, flour, and egg until smooth.
  2. Separate dough into 10 biscuits.
  3. Place in ungreased 8" or 9" round cake pan.
  4. Press biscuits over bottom and up sides of pan to form crust.
  5. Pour cream cheese mixture over crust.
  6. Combine remaining 1-1/2 tsps sugar and cinnamon.
  7. Sprinkle over top.
  8. Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes or until filling is set and crust is deep golden brown.
  9. Cool 20 minutes.
  10. Serve warm or cool.
