  • Fry onion for 3 minutes, add chicken and fry fur further 3 minutes.
  • Add pepper, broccoli and ginger and fry for 2 minutes.
  • Break up noodles and add to pan with 250ml boiling water and seasoning packet from noodles.
  • Cover and cook for 3-4 minutes or until water is nearly absorbed.
  • Stir in soy sauce and serve.
