  1. preheat oven to 400.
  2. brown chicken on each side in butter.
  3. add wine to deglaze.
  4. add chicken stock, carrots and spices cover and cook 8 minutes.
  5. add vegetables, cornstarch (dilute with stock before adding to prevent clumping) and simmer five minutes, or until it starts to thicken.
  6. pour chicken mixture into baking dish.
  7. arrange bisuits on top.
