Directions

  1. Heat oil and butter in a pan.
  2. Saute onion, carrot and celery until tender.
  3. Add chicken breast and cook until chicken is browned.
  4. Add garlic, seasoning and pepper and cook one minute longer.
  5. Add chicken broth and heat to a boil.
  6. Add egg noodles and cook as long as package indicates.
  7. Add up to 1 cup of water toward the end of cooking if some of the broth boils off.
  8. Serve hot with buttered toast or garlic bread.
