  1. Cook the first 5 ingredients (Sugar, Cocoa, milk, vanilla, & butter) to boiling.
  2. Add peanut butter and cook until melted.
  3. Remove from heat.
  4. Add oatmeal & stir.
  5. Drop by spoonful on cookie sheet and freeze.
