Ingredients Nutrition

  • 1 13 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 12 cup butter
  • 12 cup sour cream (I used light)

Directions

  1. Put chips in a microwave safe saucepan with butter on top. Microwave on medium for 2 minutes, then stir.
  2. Continue cooking at medium heat for 20 second increments then stirring until smooth.
  3. Add a spoonful of sour cream and stir well (this tempers the chocolate mix).
  4. Stir in the rest of the sour cream till well blended.
  5. Spoon over ice cream. YUM!
