Ingredients Nutrition

  • 1 lb ground beef (leaner the better) or 1 lb ground turkey (leaner the better)
  • 1 cup onion, diced
  • 1 (12 ounce) can mushrooms (stems and pieces)
  • 1 (15 ounce) can cream of celery soup
  • 3 stalks celery, chopped
  • 3 -4 carrots, chopped
  • 1 (15 ounce) soup can water (i.e. use the cream of celery can)
  • salt and pepper

Directions

  1. Brown the meat and onions in a pan over medium heat. Add the remaining ingredients and cook til bubbling, then cover and reduce to simmer til carrots are softened (not mushy). Serve over mashed potatoes.
  2. Enjoy!
