Quick Cottage Cheese Salad

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 2 cups cottage cheese
  • 4 canned pear halves in natural juice
  • 4 large lettuce leaves
  • 4 tablespoons western salad dressing or 4 tablespoons Catalina dressing or 4 tablespoons raspberry vinaigrette dressing

Directions

  1. Wash lettuce leaves, pat dry and place on individual salad plates.
  2. Place 1/2 cup cottage cheese on each leaf.
  3. Top cottage cheese with pear half.
  4. Drizzle about 1 tablespoon (or to taste) dressing over each portion.
  5. Serve.
  6. NOTE: do not prepare in advance unless you can keep the salads chilled!
